I was in the race this year, but fortunately I had a bad day and felt terrible enough that I left right after I finished, before this happened. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those who weren't as fortunate and were affected by this tragedy.

Those are both possibilities, but even then the speed of the crash would be much less than 65. The truck and the car both might be going highway speed but the difference in their speeds wouldn't be THAT high. If a truck slows down to 35 the car would have to hit it doing 100 to make that valid.
